Just Clowning Around (JCA) The JCA clown alley is a not for profit organization that clowns for other non-profit organizations and for others for donations. 75% of funds are donated each year to a non-profit organization. The other 25 % are kept as operating funds. JCA members are clown volunteers that perform at functions in the name of JCA. All have been trained in some aspect of clowning and have passed a makeup and costume board. Many JCA members are also members of the World Clown Association (WCA) and Clowns of America International (COAI). JCA is a member of COAI alley # 170.
