It's the second Monday of the month so it is time once again for the Regular LA/SB Balloon Jam hosted by Tisza and held at the Panda Garden Buffet

Montclair, CA (by highways 57 and 10) Coming from the West, take the 10 Freeway East, exit on Central Avenue and turn Left at the base of the exit. Turn Left on Moreno (the first intersection after the exit), you will see Target on the Northwest corner and the Montclair Plaza on the Southwest corner. Turn right into the parking lot for Target and head west through the parking lot parallel to the mall. You will see Panda Garden on the far end of the strip center next to Circuit City.
