Caring clowning, therapeutic clowning and ministry clowning are not new. However, organized clowning in the massive evacuee, refugee, and shelter environments that are created by a disaster is, for many, a new experience.
Red Nose Response teams will be certified to effectively provide support and smiles to not only survivors, but other response agencies that have individuals involved in recovery operations.
