Toby's Clown School

Toby's Clown School, founded by Toby the Clown, aka Keith Stokes, is largely responsible. Stokes, a clown for 29 years, founded the school in 1993 to carry on his work of "clown medicine" at nearby hospitals after he suffered a heart attack. Since then, more than 403 clowns have graduated from Toby's Clown School.
